How do I view prices?

How quickly will my order ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Note that this timeframe is subject to change depending on volume and complexity.
What is a lift gate and why do I need one?
Lift gate is device on back of truck that will lower a pallet from trailer height to floor via hydraulic lift. If you do not have a forklift or a loading dock that a truck can back into, you will need a lift gate to unload a pallet on the floor.
What is a Limited Access Delivery and why do I need one?
Limited Access is when your parking lot or street cannot accommodate a delivery via a 53 foot trailer. In these scenarios, we will make sure this delivers on a smaller truck.
What if an order arrives damaged?
Please take multiple pictures of the damage and notate the damage on the bill of lading in as much detail as possible when the driver asks you to sign it. This is your proof that the damage occurred in-transit. If you fail to follow these steps, we cannot guarantee a refund for the damaged product.
Do I need a delivery appointment?
Only if your delivery address is not staffed during normal business hours.
Is there a limit to how many pallets can ship in a single order?
We are not able to load more than 20 pallets on a single truck. If you wish to order more, we will split the order across more than 1 shipment.
How do I track an existing order?

What is the typical wait time for a pallet order?
This varies depending on mileage. Please reach out to bulk@odeko.com if you have a question about transit time!
Can Odeko deliver to a storage unit?
Yes, but this type of delivery automatically qualifies for limited access and lift gate.
